Hi. My name is Alicia Bradsteen. My close friends and family call me Leesh for short. Hence my salon name “Cuts By Leesh”. I graduated from beauty school at The Salon Professional Academy in Fargo after obtaining a business degree at the Fergus Falls Community College. I quickly began my career after graduation and for the past seven years, have worked for two different companies learning and perfecting my skills as a hair professional.

In 2018, I realized I really needed something more professionally, so I decided to go out on my own as in independent stylist and persue more than just mens haircuts. I am now renting my own chair and am thrilled to be doing both mens and womens hair at my new location. It is amazing to keep gaining clients and building new relationships.

During my career, I have met a lot of different people and have learned a lot about people. Every single person has a story and over time I love getting to know people on a personal level. Along with listening to how someone wants their hair service done, I like to listen to what people have to say about their day, month, year. Maybe a person needs to vent a little. That’s exactly what I am here for and take pride in gaining clients that will always come back to see me.
